SCOTT BRADY

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Accomplished consultant, researcher and national security analyst with over 20 years of international experience, dealing with complex issues in defence and national security.

Scott has substantial domain experience in dealing with multiagency cooperation across the nexus of complex issues such as criminal justice and national security matters, including counter-terrorism. His consulting experience includes work in Australia & the U.S.A on issues of strategy and complex planning, developing and delivering training, and capturing organisational knowledge.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Scott was an officer in the Australian Army’s Intelligence Corps for twelve years. This included operational service in Timor Leste and the Solomon Islands and work in strategic intelligence agencies.

Scott is the Founder and Managing Director of Brady Perspectives Pty Ltd.

PAULA HANASZ

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

An experienced social science researcher with a background in strategic communication and extensive first-hand experience in post-conflict environments and developing countries.

Paula is highly skilled in stakeholder engagement and project management, thriving on work that is on the nexus of government, academia, and private enterprise. She specialises in analysis of international development, strategic and security issues, and resource geopolitics.

Paula has worked as a National Security and Defence consultant, as a civilian specialist in the Australian Civilian Corps (ACC), an Intelligence Analyst and Media Surveyor with a NATO mission in Afghanistan, and a Political Researcher in the Australian Embassy in Moscow.

Paula holds a PhD from the Australian National University.
